ECO4 Grant Eligibility

You may qualify for a fully funded ECO4 cavity wall insulation if your property meets the following criteria:

Your home has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F, or G.
Someone in the household receives income-related benefits such as:
- Child Tax Credit (CTC): For families with children; eligibility depends on household income thresholds.
- Income-Based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA): For individuals actively seeking work.
- Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA): For those unable to work due to illness or disability.
- Pension Credit (Guarantee & Savings Credit): For older adults needing financial support.
- Universal Credit (UC): For low-income households or those out of work.
- Working Tax Credit (WTC): Supports low-income employment households.
- Income Support: For individuals with little or no income.
- Housing Benefit: Supports housing costs for low-income households.
- Child Benefit (subject to income thresholds): Eligibility depends on household income and number of children.
