ECO4 Grant Eligibility
You may qualify for a fully funded ECO4 cavity wall insulation if your property meets the following criteria:
Your home has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F, or G.
Someone in the household receives income-related benefits such as:
