ECO4 Grant Eligibility
You may qualify for a fully funded ECO4 boiler or heating upgrade if your property meets the following criteria:
Your home has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D, E, F, or G.
Someone in the household receives income-related benefits such as:
Child Tax Credit (CTC): For families with children; eligibility depends on household income thresholds.
Income-Based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA): For individuals actively seeking work.
Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA): For those unable to work due to illness or disability.
Pension Credit (Guarantee & Savings Credit): For older adults needing financial support.
Universal Credit (UC): For low-income households or those out of work.
Working Tax Credit (WTC): Supports low-income employment households.
